Pricing & Process:

Pricing is calculated using the square footage of the wall area. We never base pricing on hourly rates as we believe that work quality is the priority, even if it takes longer.

Baseboards and trim are calculated by linear foot, and doors are priced per side.

Window painting is set at a flat rate depending on how much needs to be done.

Wallpaper, decorative finishes, and mural work are priced based on the square footage, complexity of the design, and may require a set up fee to cover additional costs.

Art House Painting Ltd. is owned and operated in Denver, Colorado by Natalie Schumacher. Natalie has been painting and decorating for many years enjoys the process from prep to finish. She studied interior design and business in school and works to create the best experience possible for our clients.
We know that lots of people don't enjoy house painting and we think that's great! We LOVE it and hope you will consider calling Art House Painting to take care of things for you.
